2. Application

Without prejudice to the application of any special terms and conditions contained in a separate written agreement, these general terms and conditions apply to any offer, quote, invoice or agreement between Belliza and its customer (the “Customer”). In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and any separate written agreement, the provisions of the written agreement shall prevail. These general terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted by the Customer by the mere fact of the order placed by him. Acceptance of these general terms and conditions also implies that the Customer completely waives the application of its own general (purchase) terms and conditions.

3. Shipping

3.1 The orders are sent with a transport company. The customer pays the shipping costs. The shipping costs are stated on the website.

3.2 Orders are in principle delivered free of charge by POST from a purchase amount of 50 EUR. For orders with a value of less than EUR 50, an additional surcharge (for transport, administration and environment) of EUR 5.95 incl. VAT will be charged.

3.2 The delivery times are only provided by Belliza by way of information and do not bind Belliza. Any exceeding of these terms cannot give rise to dissolution of the agreement or to any form of compensation.

3.3 Belliza bears the risk of damage and loss of the items during shipment to the customer. After the items have been received by the customer, the risk of damage and loss passes to the customer. If one or more articles are lost, the customer undertakes to cooperate with the investigation upon first request. In the event of non-compliance with this obligation, Belliza is entitled to recover the price of the items from the customer.

3.4 Annulering van een bestelling is enkel mogelijk mits voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van Belliza. Ingeval van een door Belliza toegestane annulering van een bestelling door de Klant, wordt aankoopprijs gecrediteerd. Wanneer de bestelling geannuleerd wordt na verzending, zijn de gemaakte kosten van verzending en retourkosten voor de klant. Deze kosten worden afgetrokken van het betaalde bedrag bij terugbetaling .
Speciaal op vraag van de Klant bestelde producten en goederen kunnen niet worden geannuleerd en worden integraal aan de Klant aangerekend.

4. Return

Return the items in their original packaging & unopened within 14 days. The returned items must not be used or damaged. The customer must also comply with all conditions for return. The costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the buyer. After receipt of the shipment and approval from Belliza about the condition of the products, the buyer's money will be refunded within 14 days.

5. Right of withdrawal maximum 14 calendar days:

This is possible without paying a fine or stating the motive (Article 46, 2° WMPC).

” The consumer has the right to inform the company that he renounces the purchase, without payment of a fine and without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the good or the conclusion of the service contract . ”

 6. Warranty

Belliza guarantees the soundness and/or usability of the items it supplies, in accordance with the specifications offered on the webshop. The date stated on the invoice/packing slip is the effective date for the guarantee.

The Customer undertakes to immediately take receipt of the sold goods and to examine whether the quality and quantity of the delivered goods correspond to what was agreed. Any visible defects concern the delivered goods to be reported to Belliza in writing within a period of three (3) days after delivery.

For articles that the customer sends on his own initiative, the transport costs are for his account. In that case, Belliza is not liable for damage caused during transport.

For the products delivered by Belliza, the duration and scope of the Belliza guarantee is always limited to the guarantee granted by the producer / supplier of Belliza of the relevant products as expressly stated on the invoice.

Belliza is not liable for damage suffered by the customer or a third party through the use of an article delivered by Belliza, unless the customer demonstrates that the damage was caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of Belliza.

7. Privacy

By placing an order, data is stored in Belliza's personal registration. At the written request of the customer, the stored personal data will be provided for inspection. The corrections communicated by the customer will be incorporated in the registration, unless the corrections prove to be incorrect. Belliza does not provide any data to third parties - without legal reasons, or outside the purpose of its personal registration - that would jeopardize the customer's privacy.
