The tricology set includes:

How to use:

Take 1 capsule of hair loss supplement daily in the morning with a glass of water.

Apply hair loss lotion every other day in the evening. Use 1 ampoule per week. Divide the contents of the ampoule over 3 weekly applications. On dry hair, apply 1/3 of the contents of the ampoule with the applicator, separate the hair and draw lines on the scalp. Gently massage the scalp in circular motions with the fingertips to facilitate distribution and absorption. Continue massaging until the product is fully absorbed. Leave the product on overnight. Do not use a blow dryer or rinse. The next morning, wash hair with tricology shampoo to enhance results and rinse.
