You may keep an item for 30 days to decide whether you want to keep it. Within this period you have the right, without giving reasons, to notify us that you want to return an item (right of withdrawal). The trial period expires 30 days after the day you received the item. Please visit contact with us and we will send you the return form. Please have your order number ready. This can be found at the top of the email you received when you placed your order.

Return items through a PostNL Point or through Bpost.

When you return an item, we assume that the item is complete - and to the extent reasonably possible - is in its original condition and in its original factory packaging. The principle is that you handle/inspect an item as you would in a store. If an item is damaged, only part of the refund or no refund will be given.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, it is prohibited by law to return cosmetics items after the seal has been broken.
