Shipping

Shipping to Belgium: B-post will normally deliver your package after 1 to 2 days. If you would like to have your package delivered to a B-Post point, please mention this in the comments at checkout. Shipping to the Netherlands: B-post will normally deliver your package after 2 to 3 days.

Delivery time

After receiving your order, your products will be shipped within 1 working day, provided that all products are in stock. If you order before the packages are picked up (around 12 noon) your order will be delivered the next working day. If you order after 12 noon, you will receive the package the next day.

If the products are not in stock, these products will be ordered from the supplier on the same day and shipped to you as soon as possible. Your order will then be delivered within 2-5 working days.

Track order

You will be kept informed of the status of your order by e-mail. When your package is shipped you will receive an email with the shipping code. This shipping code provides you with a 'Track and Trace' insight into where your package is located and the expected time of delivery. This way you don't have to be home all day to receive the package. If you do not receive your package, you can always contact us and we will do everything we can to trace your order in cooperation with the postal service.

Send to a Post Point or pick up yourself

If you want to have your order delivered to a postal point, please mention this in 'comments' during checkout.

Products can also be picked up during opening hours. There is of course no minimum order value or shipping costs.

Postage costs

To Belgium and the Netherlands:
No shipping costs are charged for orders over € 50. For orders with an order value under € 50, € 5.95 will be charged as a contribution to the shipping costs.

Other countries:
No shipping costs will be charged for orders over € 175. For orders with an order value below € 175, € 10 will be charged as a contribution to the shipping costs.
