Introduction Belliza takes your privacy very seriously and will process and use information about you (the data subject) in a secure manner. In this Privacy Statement we explain which data we process and for what purpose. In addition, in this Privacy Statement you can read about your rights in relation to our processing of your personal data. We advise you to read this Privacy Statement carefully. Who is Belliza? Belliza is the limited liability company Belliza Web, with its registered office at (2440) Geel, Grotesteenweg 81C, registered in the trade register with company number BE0794.975.475.
Belliza is the controller with respect to Belliza's processing of your personal data. If you have any questions, you can always contact us.
How does Belliza use your data?

PAY LATER
We offer you the possibility to pay your order afterwards with Klarna and AfterPay. This requires you to complete the entire ordering process. If we receive approval from Klarna, your order will be shipped. We ask a small contribution to the payment costs.
If you choose to "pay afterwards with Klarna or Afterpay", this payment provider may, for its legitimate interest, carry out a credit check itself or transfer the payment data collected for payment processing to an external credit institution. You can object to this at any time.
How do we obtain your personal data?
Belliza holds data about you because you provided it to us. .
What are your rights?
Under the European General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights regarding your data and its processing:
View
You can always view and, if necessary, change your own (personal) data in your account. If you want to see the personal data that Belliza has on you, you can submit a request for inspection.
Change
If you wish to make changes to the personal data you have seen as a result of a request for inspection and which you cannot change yourself in your account, you can submit a request to that effect to Belliza. You can request that Belliza amend, correct, supplement, delete or shield your data.
Limiting processing
You also have the right, under conditions, to request Belliza to limit the processing of your personal data.
Right to object
If a particular processing operation is based on the "legitimate interest" of Belliza or a third party, you have the right to object to that processing.
Data transfer
You have the right to obtain your personal data from Belliza. Belliza will provide these in a structured and common form that can be easily opened in other common digital systems. In this way, you can also transfer your data to another provider.
Automated processing
In all cases where a decision about you is made entirely on the basis of automated processing of personal data, you have the right to ask us to review that decision by a person. You may always let us know your views on that decision, or let us know that you disagree with our decision.
Revoke consent
In all cases where the basis for a particular data processing is your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent. This has no consequences for the past, but does mean that we are then no longer allowed to process those data. Belliza may no longer be able to provide you with certain services as a result.
Comment by Belliza
A request may be sent to karina@belliza.be. Belliza will grant your request as soon as possible and in any event no later than one (1) month after Belliza receives such request. If Belliza rejects your request, we will indicate in our reply why the request is rejected.
Recipients of personal data
Data can be submitted to:
- Processors (with whom we have processor agreements)
- Parties involved in the execution or performance of an agreement between you and Belliza
Belliza may be obliged to provide your data to a third party, for example on the basis of a legal obligation.
Transfer to third countries or international organizations
For (for example) technical and operational reasons, it may be necessary to transfer your (personal) data outside the European Economic Area. Because the privacy protection regulations there may not offer the same protection as within the European Economic Area, Belliza will use the Privacy Shield or the EU Model Clauses to protect your privacy as much as possible. If that is not possible, Belliza will ask your permission to transfer your (personal) data to countries without an adequate level of protection. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
Automated decision-making
Belliza may use automated decision-making based on your data, if you have given us permission to do so. Based on your profile, it is possible that on the basis of the Meitu skin scan we will create a personalized treatment plan for the client and we can monitor progress. In all cases of automated decision-making you have the rights as listed in the section "What are your rights".
