User Manual
Apply with the applicator and repeat as much as desired.
You can only use it for nice shine on the lips and they are going to have more volume because of the plumping effect.
You use it over a lip liner to add even more volume. (More contrast if your lip contour is darker than the center of your lips)
You use it over a lipstick as a finish. Here you are also going to get a volume effect but this works a little less well since your lipstick is still between the gloss and your lips.
